My Story
We all have a story to tell. Here’s mine.

Christophe Larouer
I am a former lawyer with extensive experience in developing thought leadership and strategic narratives for high-level government and business leaders.
Before joining the UN Tech Agency (ITU) in April 2017, I worked at the U.S. Mission to the United Nations, writing speeches for Ambassador Pamela Hamamoto. Prior to this, I worked at Royal Dutch Shell as an Executive Speechwriter for the company’s Executive Committee members, including Shell CEO Ben van Burden.
I spent four years in Paris working as a Special Assistant and Speechwriter to the U.S. Ambassador to France Charles Rivkin and more than eight years in Washington D.C., where I had the opportunity to write speeches for U.S. Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer.
Admitted to the New York Bar, I received an LL.M in International Legal Studies from Georgetown University. A dual French and American national, I am married and have two children.
